A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your departure date. We accept credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.
Cancellation Policy
- 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus $500 administrative fee
- 60-89 days before departure: 50% refund of total trip cost
- Less than 60 days: No refund (trip insurance strongly recommended)
We understand plans change. If we can rebook your dates with another party, we'll work with you on a credit toward a future trip.
Trip Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation. Alaska's remote wilderness requires preparation for the unexpected.

Our trips are suitable for most fitness levels, but guests should be able to board the boat from a dock or dinghy, navigate stairs/ladders, and move around on a boat in motion. Please let us know about any mobility concerns.
